Founder / CEO of NovAccel, Inc.
After graduating from the Faculty of Science at Kyoto University, he earned a Ph.D. in science from the same university. He served as an assistant, associate professor, and specially appointed professor at the International Center for Elementary Particle Physics at the University of Tokyo. There, he promoted international collaborations at CERN, the International Linear Collider (ILC) project, and partnerships with private companies. Specializing in elementary particle physics experiments, accelerator science, and the development of quantum measurement sensors, he has dedicated himself to advancing elementary particle physics and accelerator science. Since 2017, he has been exploring the use of accelerators for medical radioisotopes (RIs) and promoting industry-academia collaboration, ultimately co-founding the company with Hayano and others as a member of the technical team.

HITOSHI HAYANO
Founder /CTO of NovAccel, Inc.
Trained at Tohoku University's Graduate School, where they researched charm quarks and neutrinos and earned a Ph.D. in science. In 1984, they joined the High Energy Physics Laboratory (now KEK) and became involved in the development of the TRISTAN and Linear Collider accelerators. They directed the superconducting RF test facility and international accelerator module tests, demonstrating that accelerators could be built through international collaboration. As a former KEK Senior Fellow, they have contributed to advancing the ILC project and applied superconducting technology, and have been a leader in the field of accelerator science globally.

As the founding CFO of SHIFT Co., Ltd. (now listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime Market), he led the company's IPO. He is also a certified public accountant and worked at Tohmatsu & Co. (now Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu LLC), where he was engaged in statutory audits and IPO support. He also possesses a wide range of knowledge in legal affairs and IT systems.

Ac-225 Supply
We supply high-purity Ac-225 manufactured in Japan. The Ac-225 is produced using a proprietary electron beam accelerator via the Ra-226 photonuclear reaction route. We plan to provide high-quality, GMP-compliant Ac-225, with Ac-227 removed through a post-irradiation milking process.
